Intranet Guru Needed
We are a boutique-like managed services company looking for a resource to create and implement an intranet at a client site. The system will be rolled out to 30+ locations nationwide allowing users to log in via the internet by user name and password. Roles/permissions will determine what each user can see and access. Menu items will include printable pdf forms. Users will have the ability to email support questions – help desk. Intranet may include news item area. Applications to be launched will include email service, Citrix, and ERP and HR applications. Phase II of the implementation will require integration with back office applications mapping user defined fields to multiple functional areas within each application, importing and exporting data.
Overall responsibilities will be on the execution side, working at the direction of the project manager as well as senior client contacts, in order to implement tasks according to specification documents and project objectives. However, we are ideally looking for a resource that can communicate on a senior level and assist in the detail end of the specification process. All responses that do not directly and clearly address the above requirements will simply be deleted. This opportunity includes the on-going support of the system on a regular and as-needed basis.
